Q: "Are you a 'Curriculum Company?'"

A: No, we are not. We are a Children's Ministry in a local church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The curriculum and resources you see on this site were not created by some writers in a high and lofty corporate office. Everything we offer has been "kid tested" and "Children's Pastor approved" by our hard working staff that minister to children on a weekly basis!

Q: "What denominational doctrines do you include in your curriculum?"

A: Our desire is to partner with ALL denominations and provide EVERYONE with resources they can use to reach children for the cause of Christ. We have churches of Baptist, Pentecostal, Independent, Lutheran, Nazarene, Methodist, and many other denominations using our curriculum all around the world. For this reason, we do not cover any "controversial" doctrine issues such as "speaking in tongues" or "eternal security" in our curriculum. We understand the importance of these teachings to various denominations, but choose to stick to truths that we ALL can agree on when writing our curriculum.

Q: "I have purchased a Curriculum, but have misplaced one of the discs. Can I buy a replacement disc?"

A: Yes, you can. We sell individual replacement discs for our customers who have purchased the curriculum in the past. The cost is $20.00 per disc.  Contact us at 888-826-4883 or support@highvoltage-kids.com to order a replacement disc.

Q: "Do you have any curriculum that is designed for childen in pre-school?"

A: Our curriculum focuses on the elementary age child. We hope to do something for pre-schoolers in the future.

Q: "I have multiple classrooms that need to use the Curriculum. Can I make copies of the discs or do I need to purchase multiple quantities?"

A: We want to make it as easy on your budget as possible. Feel free to make copies of the discs - providing they are used in only one church location.

Q: "I ordered a download in the past and can't find it. What can I do?"

A: Log in to your account on our website. It should be listed in your order history. If not, please contact us.

What is the difference between POWER Pack Curriculum and POWER Pack Curriculum Download?

If you order POWER Pack Curriculum, you will recieve a physical copy of the product through the mail. If you order the POWER Pack Curriculum Download, you will receive the SAME material through downloadable format in an email confirmation.

What’s the difference between a Curriculum Pack and a Power Pack?

Curriculum Packs contain: 10 to 11 weeks of curriculum

DVD - contains Lesson Intro Video segments, Power Verse Videos, countdown video, and bloopers. Also includes weekly "Rap It Up" videos to provide a recap of what the children just learned.

Data CD - contains PDF and Microsoft Publisher files of the entire Leader's Manual to personalize each lesson to your service's needs, graphic art for promo, power point slides, character skits, illustrated messages, Family Devotions, and weekly take-home sheets. Also includes all of the MPEG Videos for each lesson - perfect for dropping into Media Shout, Pro Presenter, and other presentation software.

Music CD - contains weekly sound effects, "Offering Time" song, instrumental songs for game time, and more.

Power Packs contain: 6 weeks of Curriculum that includes Small Group Lessons

DVD - contains "The Spark" Lesson Intro Video segments that introduce each lesson., Power Verse Videos; "Watt's Up?" Video segments featuring SKITTLES, and more. Also includes weekly "Game On!", "Offering Time!", "Brain Drain", and BONUS BLOOPERS VIDEO.

Data CD - contains PDF and Adobe InDesign files of the entire Leader's Manual to personalize each lesson to your service's needs, graphic art for promo, power point slides, character skits, illustrated messages, Family Devotions, and weekly Small Group Lessons. Also includes all of the Quicktime Videos for each lesson - perfect for dropping into Media Shout, Pro Presenter, and other presentation software.

I purchased a download and an error occurred. What do I do?

Right click on your download link and save the file to your computer. Try to open the file after it has downloaded to your computer. If the download still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll troubleshoot the problem for you.

I purchased a download and have not received an email confirmation. What do I do?

Check your spam folder in your email account and see if it’s there. You can also retrieve your downloads from your account on the website. Go to “My Account” and choose “My Downloadable Products.”

Is my credit card information secure through this site?

YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. Rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

What if I forgot my password?

Click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You may enter your email address and then click Get Password. We will send your password to the email address that we have on file for your account. If you do not receive an answer from us within an hour, contact support@highvoltage-kids.com or call 888-826-4883, and we can reset the password for you.
